Lee Burridge, Francois K, Tycho and many more will play the Southern California camping festival in July.
The 2013 edition of the camping festival is set to move from Oak Canyon Park (its home for three years) to Lake Skinner Park in Temecula, but the emphasis on family-friendly vibes and environmental sustainability remains unchanged, along with a mostly electronic-focused lineup. Once again, LIB will stretch out across three main stages and countless other stages, but this year the program looks to feature much more of an international flavor.
A wide range of globe-trotting acts have been confirmed, such as Nicolas Jaar, Rusko, Tim Green, Francois K, Acid Pauli and Thugfucker, along with techno veterans Joel Mull and Cari Lekebusch. Canadian synth-pop duo Purity Ring and San Francisco-based Ghostly International artist Tycho will appear, while Christian Martin and Worthy represent the Bay Area's beloved Dirtybird crew (fellow Dirtybird stalwarts Claude Von Stroke and Justin Martin have previously played LIB).
Further highlights include a number of repeat guests, such as melancholy house maestro Lee Burridge and Ninja Tune producer Eskmo, as well as Emancipator, Paper Diamond, Lucent Dossier Experience and PANTyRAID.
