- Meredith Music Festival have announced the lineup for 2013. Now entering its 23rd year, the three-day campout is a colourful and diverse fixture in the Australian festival calendar. This year will see Nile Rodgers return to the country with Chic to perform at the festival, with Detroit techno legend Derrick May heading the DJ lineup. Experimental producer Jon Hopkins will be performing, as will Tim Sweeney, who returns to the festival for the third time. The Melbourne scene will be represented by acts like 100% Silk's Roland Tings and local staple Andee Frost. The festival kicks off on December 13th at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre, around two hours west of Melbourne, and runs through until Sunday the 15th.
