- The Isms EP will hit the stores in September.
Nous'klaer Audio will launch with an EP from Mattheis this month.
The Rotterdam imprint is run by Sjoerd Oberman, who says it will serve as a way "of releasing music from people I've met over the years." He adds: "Along the way everyone got involved in the process of creating a product that is not only the music itself, but also a kind of shared memory. I believe that, especially in these times where music is often just a fugitive expression, it is much more valuable to create a basic and carefully planned physical product."
Nous'klaer will release exclusively on vinyl. The Isms EP, which took Mattheis the best part of two years to complete, contains three synth-heavy slices of 4/4. Clips are available to stream via the Nous'klaer Audio SoundCloud page.
