Skrillex, RL Grime and Cashmere Cat are also booked for the two-day Vancouver event in late December.
The event was launched last year as a partnership between local promoter Blueprint and Live Nation as the former's biggest event ever, going down at BC Place—Vancouver's Olympic Stadium—with EDM heavy-hitters Deadmau5 and Alesso. After that successful first go, they've expanded it two days this year, and diversified the lineup a little too.
Dubstep titan Skrillex will co-headline Contact with the more 4/4 oriented Kaskade. Diplo, "Harlem Shake" producer and LuckyMe affiliate Baauer and Cashmere Cat will bring a more hip-hop vibe to the first day, while Flosstradamus and RL Grime will hold down the trap styles on day two. Swedish duo Dada Life, Bingo Players, Dirty South, MakJ and local Sleepy Tom are also all slated to play.
Each night will start at 5 PM and run until midnight, and the event is all-ages (with a 19+ VIP area). It's the first two-day music event of its kind at BC Place (as well as the largest indoor festival in Western Canada), and will reportedly utilize the stadium's infamous roof lighting and a brand new sound system as well.
