We look at how the States will ring in the new year.
We've already seen what's happening in NYC and LA come December 31st. Here, we'll take a glance at some other NYE parties planned across the US.
In San Francisco, Housepitality will host Derek Plaslaiko and Dave Aju at F8, while Grey Area, Honey and Sunset team up for a night featuring Lee Douglas, and Mark Farina headlines at Hawthorn. In San Diego, you can catch tINI at Lovelife, or Franck Roger getting extended for Siesta Records. Up north in Portland, Annie Hall tops Closer PDX's NYE lineup.
As we cast our gaze eastward, we see Denver's Afterhours Anonymous crew hosting Danny Daze, and down in Dallas, Glitz N' Glow II has Demarkus Lewis atop a locals-focused lineup. Chicago, of course, is brimming with options. Here's three: Smart Bar's residents-led bash with Justin Long, Michael Serafini and more; Paradigm's Dirtybird NYE featuring Justin Martin alongside three other label-mates; and Voyager 2015, headlined by TOKiMONSTA. In Detroit, meanwhile, auxetic, Bruce Bailey and My BaBY present From The Streets Of Detroit, with Norm Talley, Erika and BMG, to name just a few. Over in Pittsburgh, Jeffrey Sfire is confirmed at Hot Mass.
Miami, as usual, boasts parties with some of the scene's biggest names: Loco Dice and Markus Schulz at Club Space, Damian Lazarus at Shore Club, Solomun at Story and Crew Love at Basement. Lastly, the options in Washington DC include Delano Smith, Point G and Andrew Grant playing Flash, and Frank & Tony headlining a soirée with Nomad and Deep Secrets.
Of course, lineups can change and even more events can be announced in the coming days, so take a look at your local listings for more information.
