BBC Radio 1 have revealed that Pacha in Ibiza, who will be celebrating 30 years at the helm of Ibiza island clubbing in 2003, have asked Pete Tong to be a large part of their birthday celebrations. According to Radio 1 “Ministry of Sound, who usually host Friday nights at Pacha Ibiza, have agreed to step aside to allow the club to host 15 of their own Friday nights during summer 2003 - one long birthday celebration.
Director Danny Whittle says "We have fantastic plans for our birthday nights and are just putting the final touches to what is going to be an amazing series of ‘a celebration of everything Pacha'… all I can say is that we will be joined by Pete Tong who will bring real flavour to the whole series of events."
Full line-up details will be revealed shortly for what should be yet another year of European summer partying festivities on the Spanish island.
