- Rui Da Silva has landed himself in some hot water as he was ordered to pay 100,000 pounds to 80's band Spandau Ballet for sampling their song 'Chant No1' in his very successful 'Touch Me'. Spandau Ballet were quite popular in their prime knocking up 20 hit singles in the UK scene. But this will surely be a huge blow to Rui, the head of Kismet Recordings.
