The former Trouw resident and current Kompakt staple will make four stops later this month.
Patrice Baumel will head to Mexico next weekend.
He'll kick off the brief tour with an April 11th gig at La Santanera in the touristy beach town of Playa del Carmen, then head to León in Guanajuato for a stop at Opera Club on the 16th. Baumel will swing through Bodega Vertiz, a warehouse venue in Mexico City's Doctores neighborhood the following night, flanked by a cast of local DJs and residents. The last stop is at C3 in Guadalajara, a medium-sized nightclub where Peter Hook and Kaytranada are also set to play in the coming weeks.
The tour comes ahead of Baumel's forthcoming Speicher 85 12-inch for Kompakt Records, due out in May. You can hear a clip of "The Vanishing" from Skream's BBC 1 Radio residency earlier this week. Stream a recording of his live set from Kompakt night at the now-defunct Trouw in Amsterdam below.
