The Paris event will take over Torcy's beach this May.
When it started two years back, Marvellous Island brought tech house heavy-hitters to Chalet de la Porte Jaune, an artificial island in Paris's Bois de Vincennes. For its third edition, organisers are moving to the beach of Torcy—a small city on the eastern fringe of Paris—where they will install three stages: Beach, Temple and Jungle. The first day features the likes of Adam Beyer, Ellen Allien, Monika Kruse, Marc Houle, Alan Fitzpatrick, Adana Twins, Nu and Monkey Safari. Highlights of the following day, May 9th, include DJ sets from Nicole Moudaber, Deetron, Nick Curly and Fur Coat. The action on the first two days will run from midday through 6 AM.
For its May 10th closing party, Marvellous Island will take over Paris's Le Cabaret Sauvage with a three-hour set from Minus artist Barem. Niconé, Acid Pauli and Jean Nipon have also been locked in.
Tickets to the festival are available here on RA.
