Evian Christ and Joy Orbison are also on the bill for August's event.
The traditionally indie rock-centric festival has made moves towards the dance scene in the past few years, facilitated by last year's switch to Exposition Park. In the 2014 edition, the Sports Arena contained within was transformed into a massive disco with sets from Todd Terje, DJ Harvey and Daniel Avery, among others. This seems to be the plan this year, with a grip of DJs and dance acts populating the bill.
RA DJ Poll topper Dixon brings some star power to the lineup, and he's joined by a fleet of UK artists including Ben UFO, Evian Christ, Horse Meat Disco, Jon Hopkins and Joy Orbison. Simian Mobile Disco is technically part of the Anglo crowd as well, though they've been spending plenty of time in LA as of late. Nicolas Jaar returns to the park after playing with his now-defunct band Darkstar last year, and local legend DJ Harvey will make an encore appearance as well. DJ Dodger Stadium and Shlohmo round out the LA-based electronic contingent.
