Joey Llanos and David DePino, former residents of the historic nightclub, will take the controls for the evening.
The West Village nightclub was one of the most important institutions in LGBT nightlife culture during the '70s and '80s, and gave rise to New York's homegrown house music scene. Its resident DJs included disco and house legends like Larry Levan, Frankie Knuckles and Nicky Siano.
Members of the original crew have organized a reunion party at Verboten next month, which will feature sets from pioneering disco and soul selectors Joey Llanos and David DePino. They're offering a discount at the door to those who have held onto their old Paradise Garage membership cards.
Tickets are available on RA.
