The promoter's bookings include a Detroit Love night with Carl Craig and Robert Hood, Bob Moses, Disclosure and Matthew Dear.
Chicago events company React has announced its fall schedule.
React throws shows with a range of electronic music at their home base, The Mid, along with various other spots around the city. They're also responsible for large-scale productions and festivals like the EDM-heavy Spring Awakening at Soldier Field, as well as Mamby On The Beach, which took place for the first time back in July.
At The Mid, React will move into fall this weekend with an official closing party for North Coast Music Festival, featuring local house icon (and something of a React regular) Green Velvet and UK DJ Huxley. Dusky and Bwana will swing through town next weekend, and Friday, September 18th sees Carl Craig bring his Detroit Love party to town, with Robert Hood also on hand to represent the Motor City. Among the others confirmed at The Mid in the coming months are Nicole Moudaber, Dennis Ferrer, Hot Since 82, Loco Dice and Matthew Dear.
React also has events lined up for other venues, as usual. Dirtybird affiliate Justin Jay will headline one at East Room on Saturday, September 18th, and Canadian duo Bob Moses, who are gearing up to release their debut album Days Gone By on Domino, will play another at Double Door on Thursday, October 8th. Headliners for more shows at Concord Music Hall have also been revealed: Rudimental—this one is presented with another well-established Chicago promoter, Silver Wrapper—along with Jamie xx (this one is already sold out) and Duke Dumont. React and Silver Wrapper will also team up to host Disclosure, who'll be touring the continent in support of their upcoming album, at Navy Pier on Thursday, October 15th.
Tickets to the Detroit Love, Nicole Moudaber and Dennis Ferrer shows are available on RA.
