  • 1080p will drop its first 12-inch on Friday, August 28th. The prolific Vancouver-based label has released more than 50 tapes since its founding in 2013. Founder Richard MacFarlane first hinted at a new vinyl series in an interview with RA last year. That plan is coming to fruition with a vinyl issue of Project Pablo's I Want To Believe, which originally came out on cassette and digital formats earlier this year. The four-tracker features three tunes from the tape as well as a new "Dandana Mix" of "Follow It Up." 1080p describes it as "chunky disco and hybrid house inspired by ultra-real types of smoothness like George Benson, Sade or Steely Dan."
