- The Halloween edition of Unter will go down at a TBA location in Brooklyn on Saturday, October 31st. The late-night party launched this summer and has mostly featured local selectors spinning darker shades of techno alongside resident DJ Volvox (of the Brooklyn-based Discwoman collective). This month's gig—a costumed affair with a "bomb shelter" theme—will see sets from Chicago deep house jock Octo Octa as well as DUST, the three-piece live outfit fronted by Bossa Nova Civic Club owner John Barclay. Ryan Smith of Wrecked and Modest Glesman, Unter's second resident, will round out the bill at a TBA location which opens from 2 AM until 9 AM on Sunday morning.
