SATELLITE to host six days of music in Miami

- MikeQ, Total Freedom and Ultrademon are among the artists booked for the off-Basel fair next month.
- The SATELLITE art show will take place from December 1st to 6th at various locations across Miami Beach. Every year a number of auxiliary events take place in conjunction with the Art Basel week in Miami. The newest addition to the schedule is SATELLITE, a six-day fair that will present art, music, performance and "technological activations" at a number of vacant waterfront properties in North Beach. Their music programming for 2015 has been assembled by the booking managers at the New York venue Trans Pecos, and includes both evening and late-night gigs at a few different bars, clubs and hotels in the area. Highlights include a December 2nd set from Ultrademon at The Deauville as well as a party later that night presented by Brooklyn's left-leaning techno promoters Lost Soul Enterprises. The next night sees Bunker NY artists Clay Wilson and Zemi17 join Prince Rama at The Jazz Club, and then the 4th is a Fade To Mind takeover featuring label newcomer Leonce alongside Kingdom, Total Freedom and MikeQ. Ghostface Killah is booked for their main event on Saturday evening, with a Mixpak afterparty scheduled for later. For a full schedule of events, head over to the SATELLITE official site.
