The Detroit festival has also booked Zip, Tale Of Us and Caribou.
The annual festival will return to Detroit's Plaza over Memorial Day weekend—May 28th through 30th—for their ten-year anniversary. And they've got a big name to help them celebrate: Kraftwerk will perform at the festival for the first time with their 3-D live show. Among the other artists booked are Caribou, Nina Kraviz, Guy Gerber, Adam Beyer, John Digweed, Maceo Plex, Four Tet, tINI, The Black Madonna and Perlon head Zip, who hasn't made a stateside appearance in years.
As usual, there's a raft of local Detroit talent, including Carl Craig (who will host a Detroit Love showcase), Kevin Saunderson, Mike Huckaby, Juan Atkins' Borderland project (in collaboration with Moritz von Oswald) and Get Real, the back-to-back alias of Green Velvet and Claude VonStroke. The Visionquest crew will come together to celebrate their fifth birthday, and Richie Hawtin, Marc Kinchen, Job Jobse, Art Department, Scuba, Honey Soundsystem and DJ Tennis will also play.
