The Parisian ambient techno act will head to the states next month.
Polar Inertia will play live at Bossa Nova Civic Club in Brooklyn on Friday, March 11th, then at a TBA location in Seattle on the 12th.
The mysterious techno duo are one of the star acts for French label Dement3d, RA's label of the month last August. They've released a series of hazy, dark EPs for the imprint, the last of which included a 40-minute ambient composition called "Can We See Well Enough To Move On?"
L.I.E.S. mainstay Marcos Cabral will join Polar Inertia in Brooklyn for an Industry of Machines party next month. He'll play a hybrid live and DJ set under his Chemotex alias, which tends more towards industrial and EBM styles. The next night in Seattle is presented by Sweatbox and Secondnature, with Bunker resident Eric Cloutier on the lineup as well. (Check out his RA podcast from last month.)
