- The English singer's 'experimental pop' imprint will start later this week.
SOPHIE and Hannah Diamond appear on the first EP from Charli XCX's new label, Vroom Vroom.
The English pop singer is probably best known for her hit "Boom Clap", and she's got three albums under her belt, working with producers like Cashmere Cat. Now she's striking out on her own with a self-styled "experimental pop" label, Vroom Vroom, which she says combines her "love for bubblegum pop with mystery and darkness" and will feature releases from new artists RIVRS and CuckooLander in the near future.
Before that, Vroom Vroom will launch with a new Charli XCX EP that features four tracks produced by Numbers and PC Music associate SOPHIE. It comes out this Friday, February 26th, and also features another PC Music signee, Hannah Diamond, on "Paradise" (along with a songwriting credit from A G Cook, according to Tiny Mix Tapes).
