We will host the Saturday night at Barbarellas, The Garden Tisno's celebrated open-air club.
Resident Advisor will host one of eight club showcases at Love International 2016 in Croatia, taking over Barbarellas on Saturday, July 2nd.
We've been running events at The Garden Tisno's open-air venue for some years now, working closely with the now-defunct The Garden Festival. Love International, which is new for 2016, will throw nightly parties at Barbarellas from Wednesday, June 29th through Wednesday, July 6th alongside the main festival. On Saturday, July 2nd, we've booked Dutch house favourite Job Jobse, Bristol-based talent Shanti Celeste and RA's #1 DJ for three years running, Dixon.
The remaining seven events have also been announced. On June 29th, Gerd Janson and Fort Romeau will play for Warm, followed by sets from Midland and Lord Of The Isles for Sub Club on June 30th. London promoter Tief will oversee the Friday night with Motor City Drum Ensemble and Young Marco, before Ben UFO and Craig Richards go back-to-back for Just Jack on Sunday, Horse Meat Disco play all-night long on Monday and Felix Dickinson joins festival founder Dave Harvey at Futureboogie on Tuesday. Love International will hand over to incoming festival Electric Elephant on the final night, with sets from Bicep and Gatto Fritto.
Love International finalised the lineup for its first edition back in January, confirming spots for all the acts above plus Hunee, Jackmaster, Joy Orbison, Suzanne Kraft and more than 80 others. The festival has yet to reveal its boat party schedule—that's dropping later in March.
Tickets to all the Barbarellas shows are available here on RA.
