Donato Dozzy's That Fab EP upcoming on Spazio Disponibile

- Spazio Disponibile has revealed full details for its next release, a solo EP from Donato Dozzy. The Roman label, coupled with a quarterly residency at the city's Goa Club, is a new project from Dozzy and his Voices From The Lake collaborator Neel. Launched last month, its aim is to highlight the two co-founders' own material, along with recordings from friends and guests who've been invited into their studio to prepare for label parties. An EP from VFTL, Secondo Tempo, served as Spazio Disponibile's first release, and Dozzy's four-tracker That Fab will count as its second. A set of techno in the producer's usual rolling style, it's due to land in May. (A solo EP from Marco Shuttle reportedly will follow, but no details for that one are out yet.) On the gigs front, Dozzy and Neel have three VFTL shows confirmed in the US for later this month, by way of Brooklyn, Las Vegas and San Francisco. The Bunker (whose label arm released a Dozzy EP last month) is hosting the duo this Friday in Brooklyn at Good Room, and helping present them in SF alongside As You Like It at The Midway next Saturday night. The Vegas gig, outside the city proper, is for Further Future, during the early hours of next Saturday morning. Listen to some samples of That Fab.
