- The club-focused singles will arrive on the duo's own label Delicacies, with the first out in May.
DELI016 is the first in a series of four 12-inches that Simian Mobile Disco will release through their label Delicacies, starting May 27th.
It's the UK duo's first release since their 2014 album Whorl, which they recorded live with modular synths in the California desert. Since then, SMD's James Ford has been busily working production gigs for other acts, while Jas Shaw has relocated to a new studio in Kent. The four-track EP, due out on their club-centric label Delicacies, is built from live jams recorded at the new studio. It comes with remixes from two UK techno producers: Perc and Volte-Face. The label hasn't released any info yet about the other three releases in the series.
