- Distretto 38 has revealed its lineup for 2016. Running from May 13th through 19th, the festival takes place in Trento, northern Italy, and features a balance of local and international talent. The festival opens with Matthew Herbert performing alongside Enrico Rava and Giovanni Guidi on the 13th, before Âme and DJ Koze take over on the 14th. The rest of the week heavily features experimental electronic styles with Max Loderbauer, Demdike Stare and Holly Herndon appearing next to Italian artists like Shapednoise and Vaghe Stelle, who will perform together on the 17th. Tama Sumo will DJ on the 18th, followed by a closing performance from Murcof and Metropolis on the 19th.
