Via App, Bookworms to play Movement pre-party in Detroit

- 2Lanes Auto Shop will host a pre-Movement party at City Club in Detroit on Thursday, May 26th. The lineup is something of a showcase for Brooklyn's eccentric DIY scene. In the top slot is hardware wiz Via App, who was featured in RA's Breaking Through series last year. Next up is a live set from Bookworms, whose debut album landed last month on the newly-launched BANK Records (RA's Andrew Ryce called him "one of house music's most delightful oddballs"). Joining them is BANK boss Entro Senestre as well as Bossa Nova Civic Club resident Turtle Bugg, plus Black Noi$e and 2Lanes. It goes down at the long-standing City Club the night before Movement Detroit officially begins. Check out a live set from Via App below.
