- The UK duo's second full-length for DFA will land in August.
Factory Floor's next album, 25 25, is due out on DFA Records this August.
The self-titled LP from 2013 was the group's first for New York dance-punk label DFA. Now the duo of Nik Void and Gabriel Gurnsey (formerly a trio, but Dominic Butler has left the group) has announced a new album, with the lead single "Dial Me In" available now on 12-inch. "'Dial Me In' was the first track Gabe and I wrote together for this record," Void says. "At this time we were both exploring new setups—some unfamiliar gear like modular systems, as well as various machines combined with regular old stuff like my Roland sampler, live drums and effected live vocals." The pair mixed the album with studio engineer David Wrench, who previously worked with FKA Twigs and Caribou.
