Lindstrøm will release a three-track EP, Windings, via his label Feedelity on July 8th.
It's the Norwegian producer's second record of the year, following the one-track single Closing Shot (which is included on Windings). The new EP sees him refining the space disco style that's been his trademark for a decade now, the label says. Feedelity describes the sound as "skyward synths, effervescent rhythms" and "maximalist melodic pleasures." Lindstrøm performed two of the tracks from the EP live on Lauren Laverne's BBC 6 radio show last week. You can listen to that here.
