Metroplex will release three EPs this summer.
The first, Detroit City At Night, comes from a long-time affiliate of Juan Atkins' label, Terrence Dixon, who provides a four-tracker under his Population One alias. Dixon's Population One last appeared on Metroplex with his 2014 EP, A Mind Of His Own. Kimyon also returns to the storied Motor City outlet with Pema Ozer, a two-tracker featuring alternate takes on a cut called "Steep." That third entry, Mood Sequence, comes from Miami producer Arnold Steiner, who looks after the Transient Force label and is most active under the name As1. Atkins and Kimyon, who have teamed up in the past, provide a collaborative remix for that one.
