Squarepusher, James Blake and SOPHIE are also on the bill for the Japanese festival's 20th anniversary in July.
The three-day event, held at Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture from July 22nd to 24th, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Aside from rock giants like the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Beck, 2016 once again brings a wealth of electronic acts to play across Fuji Rock's expansive festival grounds. The first day kicks off with Sigur Rós and James Blake headlining the Green Stage, along with other highlights like SOPHIE, Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Disclosure, DJ Nobu, Flight Facilities, Mura Masa, Ken Ishii and an Orbital DJ set.
Squarepusher tops Saturday's bill. Kill The Noise, Baauer, Todd Terry, Tresvibes Soundsystem and Mark Ernestus' Ndagga Rhythm Force also join the fray, while Nobu returns to play a house set. The Avalanches drop in on Sunday to play some new material, with DJ Harvey, Soichi Terada and Awesome Tapes From Africa helping to close out the final day of the festival.
