The new event will run across five weeks in July and August.
The East London Fringe Festival has announced its inaugural edition.
The festival will be spread across five weeks from July 9th to August 7th, including an event with The Hydra. The London promoters will host a daytime party at Shoreditch Park on August 7th, with Marquis Hawkes, Edward, Willow and Lena Willikens topping the bill.
The rest of the festival will be spread over 14 venues, including Cargo, Birthdays and four local parks. Shoreditch pub the Old Blue Last will host an outdoor party on July 23rd with live music, art and DJs, while Bestival founder Rob Da Bank is set to curate a mini-festival on August 6th. Elsewhere, instaGrime will take over Waterson Street for a day of urban music on July 16th. Other events include a busker's festival, a Hoxton Radio takeover, acoustic music sessions and a comedy festival.
