The Red Bull Music Academy was built for one main purpose, and that is to bring the diverse musical community together to share ideas and experience. Over the last 6 years the electronic music conference has be running annually while visited many cities including Sao Paulo last year, London, New York. The place of the first Academy was in Berlin in 1988 and has progressed over the years to a worldwide audience.
This years conference will be held in Cape Town, South Africa with a lucky 60 applicants chosen to spend 2 weeks in the presence of many international DJs and producers. There will be two workshops in November and December with each running for one week. Past guests include Carl Craig, Jeff Mills and Giles Petterson.The Red Bull Music Academy 2003 Dates
