Hunee, Eric Duncan booked for Mareh 2016 in Brazil

- This year's edition of Mareh, a Brazilian destination festival held in the coastal region of Bahia, begins December 26th. Mareh, now in its 12th year, sees organizers constructing elaborate stage setups in beachside locales and booking in headsy record digger types for sets heavy on disco edits, house and Balearic cuts. There are a number of Mareh regulars back for another trip to paradise this time around—Eric Duncan and Dicky Trisco will return after appearances at Mareh 2015, as will Brazilian mainstays Carrot Green, Selvagem and Gui Scott. Joakim, who appeared at the 2014 edition and just put out a record called Boipeba on the associated Mareh Music, is also on the bill. Amsterdam diggers Hunee and Mr Mendel are new additions, as are the Swiss DJ Lexx, Ilija Rudman and Good Timin' boss Jex Opolis.
