- The Other People boss will play 35 dates starting in mid-October.
Nicolas Jaar will hit the road soon, crisscrossing North America and Europe.
The news comes as the New York-based star ramps up for a new record called Sirens. Jaar has left fans a number of clues on the new release, which would seem to complete a trilogy comprising Sirens, Pomegranates and Nymphs. He's also been making moves with his imprint, Other People—after shuttering the label's subscription service, he launched an online radio network.
The US leg of Jaar's live tour has him taking over larger venues like the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, First Avenue Mainroom in Minneapolis and the Theater of the Living Arts in Philadelphia. He'll wrap up the stateside leg with a hometown show at Webster Hall on November 16th. All in all, there are 20 North American dates hitting most major US and Canadian cities.
The former DARKSIDE man will pick up in Cologne at EWerk just five days later on November 21st, beginning a journey that sees him traveling through Germany, Italy, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. He'll play two UK dates in early December, first at Granada TV Studios, then at Heaven in London on the 6th. The lengthy tour ends at the massive Columbiahalle in Berlin on December 9th.
