Fred P's second 12-inch of 2016 will be the Energy Soul EP on Ibadan Records.
The two-track Energy Soul will be Fred Peterkin's first single on Ibadan, the influential house label founded by Jerome Sydenham in 1995. Due out digitally and on vinyl in November, it arrives ten months on from his Expressing Dark Matter EP for Rex Club Music, and five months on from the release of his Sound Destination album on his own Soul People Music. Both tunes on the new single clock in at around ten minutes, making them a little longer than much of Fred P's prior work.
