A new label called Mint Condition will kick off with three Pépé Bradock remixes of Iz & Diz.
Bradock's remix of the Chicago duo, made up of Joshua Michaels (Iz) and Dwayne Washington (Diz), originally came out on Classic in 2002 (with Bradock going under the name Brad Peep). The original version of "Mouth," consisting of vocal samples from Michaels and Washington, was reworked by the French legend in a manner that still sounds "totally alien today with its mix of human sounds twisted through digital treatments," according to the label. The Brad Peep remix is packaged with two unreleased Bradock reworks. For its future releases, Mint Condition says it will focus on "unreleased mixes, classics and overlooked gems" from the last two decades of dance music.
