Dorisburg is crossing the pond next month for his first-ever appearances in the US.
The Swedish producer of deep, atmospheric techno and house, real name Alexander Berg, is well-loved for his solo records and his work as half of Genius Of Time. He'll make his US debut with live sets in five cities. First up is Miami on Thursday the 1st, during Art Basel, for a 12-hour Life And Death party. The heavy-hitting lineup there also includes Âme, Prins Thomas, Radio Slave and Rødhåd.
The next night has Berg in Brooklyn to play for FIXED at Good Room, where UK favorite Lone is atop the bill. Then he'll headline a JACK party in Los Angeles that Saturday the 3rd.
The penultimate date takes Berg to Portland on Friday the 9th—he's booked for the Believe You Me night at The Liquor Store. The tour finishes up the following Saturday evening in San Francisco with As You Like It at Public Works—he'll play in the loft while the main room features Prins Thomas and Tama Sumo.
Berg's 2016 output has included Irrbloss, a double-vinyl release for Hivern Discs, and "Bubbelbad," a collaborative cut with Efraim Kent that appeared on an RA-recommended Tikita compilation EP—stream that one now.
Tickets to the events in Miami, Brooklyn, LA and SF are available on RA.
