The Scottish outfit will also host parties with Carl Craig, Perc and Paranoid London over the winter.
Jeff Mills will perform in Glasgow with Slam to celebrate Soma Records' 25th anniversary.
Slam, the duo comprising Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle, have been a cornerstone of techno in Scotland for more than two decades, hosting regular parties in Glasgow and running the Soma imprint. (They released their sixth album on the label late last month). The pair have invited Jeff Mills to play at Soma's 25th birthday on December 30th at SWG3, with support from label alumni Funk D'Void, Silicone Soul, Charles Fenckler and Petrichor.
Slam have a number of other parties planned over the winter season. Their long-running club night Pressure celebrates its 18th birthday at new home SWG3 on November 25th with Alan Fitzpatrick, Carl Craig, Paranoid London and Barker & Baumecker. Meanwhile Slam's regular techno party Return To Mono will continue at Sub Club, with Gary Beck slated for November 11th and Shifted and Perc on December 9th.
