  • ReelifeThe non-profit media project Reelife Short Film Festival is back for its second consecutive year. Due to the outstanding number, range and quality of entries last year from young people, and a huge audience at its launch screening at the Valhalla in September, this year is expected to be even bigger and better. The major aim of this Film festival is “…to provide young people with a forum through which their ideas, opinions, perspectives and experiences can be expressed.” Focusing more on creativity than technological wiz “Reelife is interested primarily in films that are passionate and purpose-driven rather than those with a high level of technical sophistication. You don’t need to be a pro to make something for Reelife - all you need to enter is passion and creativity…and a camera.” Applicants must be 25 years or under. Films of 10 minutes or less in any genre may be submitted. For more information go to the link below and dust off the camcorder, grab your mates and press record.
