Mysteryland USA has canceled its 2017 edition "due to unforeseen circumstances."
The statement on their Facebook page didn't explain why it had canceled the event, which was set to take place in June in Bethel Woods, New York, where the 1969 Woodstock festival was held.
It would have been the festival's fourth edition, and the lineup—which had a wider range than previous years—included top-line festival headliners like LCD Soundsystem and Major Lazer as well as underground house and techno acts like Leon Vynehall and Octo Octa. Full refunds will be issued to ticket owners automatically in the next few days.
