- The six-track release arrives under the name Jack Peoples.
Clone has announced an upcoming James Stinson mini-album, Laptop Cafe.
Recorded around 2000, Laptop Cafe was planned for release after the late Stinson's The Other People Place projects, Lifestyles Of The Laptop Café and Sunday Night Live At The Laptop Cafe. For unknown reasons, Clone says the tracks "didn't see the light of day," but have recently been rediscovered on a "long lost DAT tape."
Comprising six tracks made under the name Jack Peoples, Laptop Cafe is grounded in smooth and melodic electro, and lands on June 26th through Clone's Aqualung Series sub-label, which has put out records from Drexciya-related projects such as Der Zyklus and Zerkalo.
