Awakenings books Dixon, Sasha & John Digweed for Electric Zoo 2017 in New York

- Dutch festival Awakenings has announced the details of its Electric Zoo stage, happening over Labor Day weekend in New York. It's the second time that Awakenings has been in charge of a stage at the three-day event on Randall's Island, which this year runs September 1st through 3rd. The bookings include a set from Sasha & John Digweed on Friday, September 1st, plus Paul Kalkbrenner and Julia Govor. Claude VonStroke will headline the following night, flanked by New York hometown heroes Danny Tenaglia and Victor Calderone, as well as Boris and Gaiser. Dixon will take top billing for the final evening, with fellow Innervisions artist Henrik Schwarz booked to play live.
