- The Distant Images EP from D.K. is his fourth release for Zaltan's label.
Parisian label Antinote has announced three October releases.
On the new music front, D.K. will return to Zaltan's imprint with the Distant Images EP, his fourth Antinote release. It follows two albums, Drop and Island Of Dreams, and an EP, Love On Delivery, put out on Antinote over the past few years. (D.K. also has a collaboration with Suzanne Kraft due on Melody Is Truth this month.)
The label will also reissue the self-titled 2015 tape from Bordeaux duo Radiante Pourpre, originally released via the cassette collective Simple Music Experience and long out-of-print. A press release says the duo touches on "dub as well as industrial or musique concrète," and cites Muslimgauze and Genesis P-Orridge as forebears. Antinote's other move in October is a physical release for Sign Libra's Closer To The Equator, a new age-leaning release which came out digitally on Detroit label Sounds Of The Dawn last year. This new version includes a bonus track, "Petrichor."
