The track features on a 90-second video filmed in South London.
THINK!, the road safety arm of the UK government's Department Of Transport, is using "Windowlicker" in a campaign, Pink Kittens, that seeks to inform young people of the dangers of using a mobile phone while driving.
The 90-second video, put together by the ad agency AMV BDDO and directed by We Are From LA (who directed the music video for Pharrell Williams' 2013 hit "Happy," which is approaching one billion views on YouTube), was filmed in the streets of South London, and aims to show how a driver moving at 30 miles per hour can fail to see 100 feet of road while looking at a phone for 2.3 seconds.
