- The New York-based label is putting the ambient and experimental release on wax for the first time this month.
Knowing Something is reissuing Vancouver group You're Me's 2016 debut album, Plant Cell Division, on vinyl.
Plant Cell Division is the second release on Knowing Something. The nine-track abum of mellow ambient and experimental music, which Yu Su and Scott Johnson Gailey recorded on an island near Vancouver, first came out through the local 1080p imprint as a tape-only release. New York-based label Knowing Something is now having it remastered and pressed on four sides of wax. The tape's original cover, a jade tree photo from Evan Mason, is included on a gatefold sleeve designed by Maggie Chok.
