- The flagship oscillator features ten individual waveform outputs.
Audiophile Circuits League (ACL) has introduced a new module, the Multi-Function Discrete VCO.
The Berlin-based company has packed a lot of functionality into its new flagship oscillator, which jams a wide range of analogue synth tones into your Eurorack case. It boasts a total of ten outputs sending saw, inverted saw, triangle, rectangle and sine shapes from both the primary and sub-oscillator.
Apart from the standard 1v/Oct pitch input, there's CV control over linear and exponential FM and pulse-width modulation for both the sub and primary oscillator. You can also select the carrier shape of the pulse-width modulator and there's a sync section with a switchable slope and inputs for CV and gate signals. Expect to see the Multi-Function Discrete VCO in shops between September and October. There's currently no word on price.
You can find ACL and a host of other Eurorack brands at Superbooth 2018, which starts in Berlin on May 3rd.
