- Social Sculpture lands next month, with tracks also coming from the label boss himself, his Rote collaboration with Daniel Avery and others.
BleeD, the label run by London techno producer Volte-Face, is putting out a compilation next month called Social Sculpture.
Social Sculpture is BleeD's first compilation, and its tenth release overall. Volte-Face offers a solo track and a cut from his Rote collaboration with Daniel Avery, while bringing back on board DJ Nobu and Peder Mannerfelt, who've previously appeared on the label. Also contributing are Refracted, Opuswerk, BLNDR and AWB, each notching their BleeD debut.
The release gets its name from influential German artist Joseph Beuys' theory of an expanded definition of art, one that deals with its potential to shape society and politics.
