Franz Ferdinand has enlisted Prins Thomas, Cassius and Nina Kraviz for two new remix packages.
Domino brought together the three acts to reimagine the title track from the Scottish band's fifth studio album, Always Ascending. The first bundle features remixes by Prins Thomas and Cassius, with the Russian producer's "House" edit to close. The second bundle belongs to Kraviz, titled Nina Kraviz v Franz Ferdinand, with "Techno" and "Late Night" remixes of "Always Ascending."
Drummer Paul Thompson says of Kraviz's three remixes: she "tears deeper into the upside down, finding the darkest corner of the track and leaving you there." The remix bundles are available on digital formats now.
