- Dixon, Mano Le Tough and HAAi have been booked for the refreshed five-year-old venue's new season.
Paris club Badaboum, which turns five this year, has been renovated ahead of its next season of events.
The club boasts a new look that features updates to its light installation and L-Acoustics soundsystem. The DJ booth has been moved off the stage and on to the main floor. (The stage will now be accessible to dancers.) It also has a new two-sided configuration to present both club events and concert performances.
All bookings at Badaboum are now being handled by the HAÏKU crew, who aim to focus on extended and all-night sets. They'll also present weekly cabaret performances "performed by tragicomic creatures within magical and ephemeral settings," according to today's announcement.
Opening night for this season will take place Friday, August 31st, with &ME headlining. The next night will feature a Henrik Schwarz live set. Looking ahead, the club will host all-night DJ sets from the likes of Dixon, Mano Le Tough, Prins Thomas, Till Von Sein and Tim Sweeney. An Âme live set is also confirmed, and other bookings include KiNK, Miss Kittin, HAAi, Marcus Worgull and The Hacker.
