The organisers of Earthcore have a few bits of information that they'd like to get out to the punters attending, so that the party goes hitch free.
Tickets - If you have purchased any internet tickets you MUST if at all possible come in and pick them up from the Earthcore office in Fitzroy over the next two weekends between 12pm and 6pm. This way the long queues experienced at the gate last year can be avoided.
Camping - Earthcore also encourage people to come as early as possible, so the gate will now be open from Thursday afternoon from 6 pm. Remember early birds get primo camp spots and late arrivals get to walk for miles and miles!
No BYO - There is a no BYO alcohol rule this year due to a ruling by the Greater City of Shepparton Shire which bans any drinking in public places. This is mainly due to the Spring Nats being held in Shepparton, but it also applies to us and everyone else in the Shire. You can be personally fined for drinking anywhere in the Shire that is not a licensed area, so avoid the grief, and leave it at home.
