- The duo recorded the LP in Los Angeles last year.
Dean Blunt and Delroy Edwards have made an album together.
Desert Sessions, which is out today, was recorded in Los Angeles over the course of a few months last year. It comes via Edwards' L.A. Club Resource label. The press release describes it as "a gnarled, lo-fi, psyched-out record, at times clashing in its form and expectedly pushing the edges of the avant-garde."
This is Delroy Edwards' third LP of the year, following Rio Grande and Aftershock. Blunt, meanwhile, has released a steady stream of material, including a compilation on his label World Music as well as appearances on the latest album by A$AP Rocky.
