  • Raime are starting a label of their own. Joe Andrews and Tom Halstead officially kick off RR today with the release of a new EP, We Can't Be That Far From The Beginning, available through Boomkat and Bandcamp. The new label "has been developed as a blank page for Raime to experiment on," according to today's announcement. The three new tracks feature a "collage" of vocal samples and various phrases, which is "perhaps a reflection of our bombardment based online culture." Earlier this year, Raime released another EP, the RA-recommended Am I Using Content Or Is Content Using Me?, on Different Circles. Listen to "In Medias Res."
