  • The Cinematic Orchestra is back with a new album. Following yesterday's surprise release of a limited 12-inch, in addition to a mysterious new website, the British group have confirmed that more music is on the way via Ninja Tune. To Believe will be The Cinematic Orchestra's first full-length since 2007's Ma Fleur, and it promises to be another big, jazz-inspired production. The album features collaborators old and new, many of whom are key figures in the global soul and jazz scene. Singer-songwriter Moses Sumney, lyricist Roots Manuva and composer Dorian Concept are just a few of the artists onboard. Alongside other award-winning vocal and production talent, they'll contribute to To Believe's musical exploration of the theme "what to believe?" The Cinematic Orchestra will kick off a tour surrounding their release this spring. They've also shared the LP's first single, "A Caged Bird / Imitations Of Life," today; listen to it below.
